Clear terms before any booking.
Scheduling & rotation
One calendar day uses America/Chicago time, including daylight-saving changes. Shared spots rotate with other approved ads. Exact frequency, inventory, dates and placement are confirmed before payment. An inquiry is not a hold or reservation.
Approval & content standards
Ads must be approved before going live. Advertisers must have permission to use their artwork, likenesses, music and trademarks. No scams, deceptive claims, malware, hate, explicit sexual content or illegal offers. Links and content must match the approved submission. Replacement artwork requires another review.
Payment, cancellations & refunds
Proposed approach: payment secures a slot only after availability is confirmed. Rejected ads receive a full refund if charged. Cancel before the approval deadline stated in your quote for a full refund. If we cannot deliver a booked placement, choose a replacement date or refund for the undelivered portion. Final deadlines and terms will appear before checkout opens.
Branding, exclusivity & reporting
Boneyard City branding remains visible. Exclusivity covers only the placement, category and dates written in your agreement. There are no guaranteed sales or unverified audience claims. Reports will distinguish delivered rotations from measured views; an ad being scheduled is not proof that a person saw it.
Your files & privacy
This preview does not upload or store your artwork or campaign details. Before uploads launch, we will publish retention and deletion rules. Live uploads will require secure storage and content checks.
